I Got the Washboard Blues...

 U.S. unemployment "improves" to 10 percent...good news.  The other side of the coin says new U.S. job growth will still take a hit according to one former Secretary of Labor.  We are headed toward being a Third World nation at breakneck speed.  Hold on folks...no road maintainance in sight for this washboard road.
